Partial Planning
Complete Planning
The American Sweetheart Complete Planning Package is a start-to-finish full planning service. From venues, to menus, decor, invitation deign, photography and everything in-between, we take care of it all. We start with signing our contract and several consultations discussing your vision, and how we will bring it to life! Day-of coordination, meticulous planning, and handling all the contact of vendors. We basically become besties, and who doesn't love that?!
The American Sweetheart Partial Planning Package starts 3-4 months before the big day. We start with a consultation discussing what has been done, and what needs to be tended to. We jump right in, and take over the planning and coordinating process. Planning the rest of the details, timeline, rehearsal, and the big day. We become the point of contact for all vendors, and take care of everything you may need! This service includes day-of coordination.
Day-Of Coordination
The American Sweetheart Day-Of Coordination Package lets you handle the planning, and lets us handle logistics and stress of the big day. This service starts 30-40 days prior to your event. We begin with a consolation discussing everything that has been planned, and what WE can help you finish. From there we will create a custom timeline fitted to you and your people. We become the point of contact for your vendors, and handle the fishing touches. On the big day, leave all the stress of coorditon to us. We've got you boo!
