My name is Livia Cavanah, but everyone calls me Liv, and it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm the owner and operator of American Sweetheart! Raised on the family farm in Richmond, Missouri, I cherish my small-town upbringing, which shaped who I am today. As I grew older, I discovered my passion for weddings, events, and coordinating—leading me to establish American Sweetheart. My journey began in hospitality at 15, working across banquets, catering, and concerts. However, it was at The Ridge Wedding and Event Venue in Richmond where I truly found my calling. Assisting and eventually leading coordination for over 50 weddings and events, I fell in love with every aspect of the process—the details, the excitement, and the joy of making dreams come true. This journey inspired me to create something of my own. And just like that, American Sweetheart was born.
